In such cases, we can create a repair plan using proper documentation provided by you or your repair center.
Please note: We reserve the right to decline and refund any RTA we preliminarily accept if we determine that we cannot ensure your safety or meet our standards of quality. This process is taken very seriously to ensure you and your loved ones can confidently and safely return to your vehicle post-loss.
