Right to Appraisal

Disputes Over Repair Plans? We’re Here to Help

If your repair center and insurance carrier cannot agree on a suitable repair plan for your vehicle, most insurance policies include a Right to Appraisal (RTA) provision. This process typically involves:

  1. Both parties hiring independent, licensed appraisers to assess the damage.

  2. Each appraiser creating an independent appraisal.

  3. The appraisers negotiating to reach an agreed repair plan and cost.

  4. All parties abiding by the final award letter amount.

We are committed to representing you during this process to alleviate concerns about improper repairs. Our approach strictly follows the manufacturer’s guidelines, position statements, and repair protocols to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for your vehicle.

Whenever possible, we prefer to perform an on-site inspection during the teardown phase to develop an accurate repair plan. However, we understand that not all RTAs are alike, and location or other factors may present challenges. In such cases, we can create a repair plan using proper documentation provided by you or your repair center.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline and refund any RTA we preliminarily accept if we determine that we cannot ensure your safety or meet our standards of quality. This process is taken very seriously to ensure you and your loved ones can confidently and safely return to your vehicle post-loss.

Let us help ensure your vehicle is repaired the right way. Contact us today to get started!
