Policy-driven services

What we mean by “policy driven” is we are providing services due to you, directly from your own policy not normally used to the policyholder’s advantage. These services include Diminished value claims, Total loss value disputes, and your Right to Appraisal clause. These services are put forth to return value lost when in an accident, accurate value return when your vehicle is deemed a total loss, and the right to choose your own appraiser to negotiate with the insurance party’s independent appraiser in the event the shop and adjuster cannot come to an agreed price.
